Fear insaan ka sabse bada dushman hota hai..
Fear waise kuch nhi bs humare mind ka ek thought hai means hum khud ke hi thoughts se darre huye hain..
Kayi baar jo cheezon se hume darr lagta hai unka koi wajood nhi hota,koi astitva nhi hota yahan tak ki woh cheez us time maujood nhi hoti..
Insaan ko darr bhut cheezon se lagta hai jaise kisi ko unsuccessful hone se lagta hai,kisi ko stage par jane se darr lagta hai,kisi ko swimming karne se lagta hai,kisi ko logon se baat karne se bhi darr lagta hai..
Agr in types 👆ke darr ko hume puri trha hataana hai toh in sabki positive pictures jo aapko khushi deti dil aur mann se use mind me imagine krna hoga agr unsuccessful hone se darr lagta hai toh khud ke mind me mental picture banayiye successful hone ki,agr stage par jane se darr lagta hai toh uski mental picture stage par good,confident n powerful performance dene ki banayiye,agr swimming karne se darr lagta hai toh uski mental picture swimming proper way me karte huye banayiye,agr logon se baat karne me darr lagta hai toh uski mental picture logon se better conversation hote huye banayiye..
Yhi ek tarika hai darr ko jeetne ka..
Most important khud ke subconscious mind par believe karna(jo aapka God hai),ye believe karna hai ki darr jaisi koi cheez nhi hoti darr bs humare mind ka ek thought hai jise courage me replace karna hai..
